A Winnipeg native, (who doesn’t say “eh”) she loves icy, crisp winter days, sauerkraut & perogies, Saskatoon berries and year-spherical hikes at Bird’s Hill Park. She’s the eldest of a family of four, but being a twin let her shirk her role of “1st born” to her more disciplined twin sister, in favour of a life less pre-planned. Being raised in an “artsy” home helped her acquire an appreciation of all things handmade plus set her on a path dabbling in pottery, stained glass, and camera work. Mother of three very little boys and wife to one lucky dude, she fills her house with costumes, puppets, books and craft tasks.
