Randy Hall stands out as the founder and principal in 4th Gear Consulting. He is passionate about developing amazing leaders and thriving, principled organisations. He believes that nothing may have greater impact on much of our economy, our communities, much of our lives and our kids' world.

For more than a decade Randy has worked for is actually organizations to help them realize more of these potential. His most recent roles with the corporate world were Resident Vice President of Grasping and Leadership Development located at Bank of America together with Global Director of Getting to know and Development at Pfizer. Previously moving into leadership expansion, he spent several a long time in sales and led his high performing teams.

Randy provides broad experience in direction development, organizational effectiveness, organizational learning and ability planning and understands methods to use this experience to aid any organization perform much better and engage their many people. He has been coaching and training leaders for many years and is uniquely capable to help them find their strengths and have used them to accomplish virtually anything they may be committed to. Randy is also an accomplished speaker there are delivered presentations to thousands of people around the world.
