I was born in East Meadow, New York on March twenty, 1954 and lived there till third grade. At that time, there ended up orange groves all around, and the neighborhood young children would frequently divide up into groups and have orange fights. The "ammo" hung from the trees, although the very best ones have been the gushy, rotten ones on the ground.
