I was lucky enough to get yourself a whole wheat Italian loaves of bread and split it lengthwise. I put a cut of swiss cheese over the bottom, lined up asparagus, added in some shredded parmesan not to mention another half slice regarding swiss. While these achieve seem cheesy... there is no butter or oil plus 1. 5 slices each and every sandwich isn't bad!
