Sometimes people leave the doctor's office more frightened and bewildered compared to they were after they went in...not being that they are of your inferior intellect for the doctor, but because doctor has spoken with them using terms they're not informed about. Whether we all do too hard for a job or like knitting, you can find words we use which can be familiar to us instead of to others.
