It would probably amaze my own mother greatly if she was aware I am regarded as a Pilates Power Gym guru! At no point in my younger years did the careers advisor at school at any time hint this could possibly be in my future. If somebody would have said to me five-years ago that one day I could be writing about Pilates Power Gym I’d have thought they were mad, yet here I am!
