Meadowlark Log Homes specializes in designing, quoting and constructing Pre- Assembled Log Homes/ Onsite Re- Assembly/ Dry- in/ Enclosed Packages, as follows:

a. Complete Pre- Assembled Logs- Only Packages
b. Basement framing/ Interior framing
c. Subfloor/ porch deck floor/ loft floor installation
d. T&G ceiling/ insulation, fascia and felt on roof (excluding the finished
roofing product)
e. Windows and doors installation
f. Covered porch installation
g. Railing installation

2. Meadowlark provides floor plans and quotes, communicating directly with Customer which allows for the best level of Customer service rather than passing such information through others.

3. For Customers wanting more work done including turnkey projects, Meadowlark will connect the Customer directly to a Builder capable of quoting the project. An approximate figure is from $150 to $200 per sq. ft. COMPLETE TURNKEY, depending on the style and design.

4. Meadowlark provides the log package quote direct to Customer for all locations, and the onsite re- assembly quotes only in Montana and North Dakota. In areas outside of Montana and North Dakota the Customer chooses their own builder for quoting and constructing the onsite portion of your home. Please contact us and we may be able to assisit you in finding a local builder for your re- assembly at your site.
